2019 Jones Act Updates: Industry Outreach

Customs and Border Protection just released another round of proposed modifications to their rulings surrounding the Jones Act and its application to Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity and the Offshore Industry as a whole.

We are working on setting up an Industry Outreach event in Houston, bringing in Officer Mike Hebert of CBP’s Jones Act Division of Enforcement (JADE) to explain the proposed changes and answer questions from the industry.

November 20^th is the tentative date for this event. The venue will be selected based on the response we receive from the industry. If you are interested in attending, please register below to receive updates on event details, including the event location that we will be emailing out soon.
